We are a collective of leadership coaches, committed to enabling transformative development for leaders and leadership teams across corporates, founder-led organizations, and individuals.
Today’s leaders are called to lead in more expansive ways—navigating complexity, deepening self-awareness, and strengthening relational effectiveness. Success is no longer defined by effort alone, but by the ability to adapt, influence, and lead with clarity. When a leader shifts, the environment around them shifts too. Based in New Delhi and working globally, we partner with individuals and teams through executive coaching that fosters meaningful identity shifts and drives sustainable behavioural change. Our multidisciplinary approach brings the rigour and depth needed for development that is both deeply personal and visibly impactful.

Divya Gianchandani holds the space for The Leader Circles. She is a leadership coach and consultant, with experience working with organisations such as Aon, Carrier, and BCG. Her work brings together structured thinking, deep listening, and an understanding of human and organisational dynamics.
Divya is an ISB Hyderabad alum (PGPM, 2011), has held ICF PCC credential, and is trained in advanced coaching approaches and psychometric tools, including Integral Coaching, New Ventures West; ORSC (CRR Global); and Hogan.
Outside of work, she enjoys music and spending time with her two doggo girls.
